Tuition Fees and Discounts

Discounts apply when registering for the full season up front, when registering for two (2) or more courses and for families with multiple children. Save 5% off your second class or second child, 10% off your third class or third child etc, up to 20%. Contact us for more information about multiple class discounts for your family. A $30 Costume Deposit is automatically applied to all term two registrations.

Payment Options and Cancellation Policies

KaliAndrews Dance Company offers multiple payment options to suit your needs. We accept VISA and MasterCard, debit, cash, cheques and online payments via PayPal or E-Transfer. Spaces in our classes are not secured without payment and will NOT be held for any student with an unpaid balance.

Option #1:
Payment in full on the day of registration for all terms registered.

Option #2 (Add 5% Financing Fee to Total):
A 50% down payment on the day of registration with 1 additional post-dated instalment for the remaining 50%. Post-dated instalments MUST be provided at the time of registration and be dated on or before February 1.

Option #3 (Add 5% Financing Fee to Total):
Monthly instalments (only available when registering for 36 weeks). The total tuition amount is divided equally into 10 post-dated instalments. Post-dated cheques MUST be submitted up front. Payments can be dated for the 1st or 15th of each month.

Registration and Course fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

In the event of an illness or injury, course credits will be given with receipt of a doctor’s note.

In the event that a dancer feels their course is not a good fit for them, we will be happy to provide
another course option of equal value for absolutely no additional cost.

If the dancer chooses to withdraw completely, tuition fees will be credited to your account for
future use. Credits do not expire and can be used toward any future classes.

A $50.00 cancellation fee (per course) will be applied to ALL withdrawals regardless of the reason.

All withdrawals must be submitted in writing via email to info@kaliandrews.com. No course credits will be applied without this notification.

Credits will be calculated based on the date we receive the withdrawal notification and/or doctor’s note.

Credit is not given for missed lessons or for holidays.

Any course withdrawals after April 1st remain subject to all recital fees, including costumes.
